His best performance of the season I thought it was great to see glimpses of the player he was last season, hopefully he can push on from here.Originally posted by Mostar View PostSmall collection of some great skills and passes by Coutinho and Sterling

Just finished watching MOTD, and now watching this on the offal website - still hard to believe how good we were for the first twenty minutes - its scary good. Once the fourth went in it does look like we stepped off the gas a bit and tried to counter them.
While eight or nine would have been nice - and not impossible - I do believe it was a conscience decision with Fulham in mind.

Just needs to get a goal as that will ease the frustration building for while now.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

As much as I'd like him to get a goal, I don't care as long as he continues with being an assist machine and linking play so effectively.Originally posted by Mostar View PostHe was incredible today.

The opposition having more possession in games where they're being outclassed doesn't mean anything. In both games we were content to let the opposition make countless, pointless sideways passing without any penetration. There are games where the team with more possession is the better team but the games against hopelessly outclassed Everton and Arsenal show that this is not always a good yardstickOriginally posted by Reece View PostI find it interesting that when Rodgers came in he spoke a lot about possession and death by football etc, but if you look at both today's game and the one against Everton, the opposition had more possession than us on both occasions.
Is this coincidence, or is it a sign that BR has adapted his philosophy, or is it showing that he's able to change his tactics to suit the opposition? Or does nobody really care?

He's had a really good season but it was great to see him get totally annihilated yesterday

Suarez made a mug of him inside 30 seconds
Him and Monreal were absolutely all over the place.
Watching us on MOTD was awesome...just sat there laughing.
One small gripe. Lineker and co just damned us with faint praise and all they talked about was how poor Arsenal were. **** off. An English 19 year old has just destroyed the league leaders and they didn't even say his name once? Imagine if Januzaj had done that FFS.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
