Still ****ing buzzing, I'm really starting to believe we can win all our remaining games now. This team has no passengers, we are a machine working in harmony destroying everything in our path. We are now feared by every team in the league.
We really have an opportunity to win it this year, even if we don't, we still have been the best value for money, my a country mile.
Gutted we didn't get a few more really. Could and should have been more than 3 but we'll take it!
The most satisfying thing about yesterday aside from the result was the fact they were genuinely ****ting themselves playing us, you could see it in the build-up and Gary Neville's pre-match body language was telling. Love it!
"Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball." Bob Paisley
Me too. Would have been a nice talking point in years to come.
There has never been one in the PL, so for an LFC player to have done it at OT would have been awesome
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
whatever bias we have against them, on paper an attacking unit of RVP, Rooney, Mata and Januzaj is actually a decent 4. Most managers in europe would be pretty pleased to have them and moyes just doesn't have a clue what to do and they look ****ing dreadful...
no way on this earth if rodgers had those four would they be playing that badly.
They are a decent unit and if they are all there next season you have to believe that they will do better, Januzaj will be a year older and more experienced and Mata will have had game time which I guess will have an effect. The problem is Moyes doesn't know how to uses them properly they don't have anyone playing as the focal point of their attack and looking to get behind defences.
RVP looks disinterested and a shadow of the player he was, statistics don't tell the whole story but every other week there seems to be a stat or heat map showing how bad he has been, or how little he has contributed. While Rooney seems to go through patches of being really good or distinctly average.

this is it - moyes at everton his 'success' was making them a tough side to break down with men behind the ball and then getting it forward to someone to try and hold up and hope for support
they were prob most dangerous (everton) under moyes when they played fellaini quite far foward.
I reckon he hoped to do that here with United, and iirc early on he did start with fellaini further up the pitch but it didn't last long cause the united fans and players wouldn't stand for it.
moyes has never been in a position where has different attacking options...
if he could get away with it, he'd prob prefer it if he could just play a lone striker with fellaini behind him and just launch it.
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do
I was slightly nervous pre-match but having watched about 5 minutes or so that had all kind of faded away. We just dominated them from start to finish. It was among the most routine wins I can recall, and it was away at Old Trafford.
They seemed so happy to sit back and wait and see what we had to offer, they rarely pressured the ball, allowing us to pass it around. We showed more ferocity in hunting the ball, and winning it back. Henderson, Gerrard and Allen absolutely dominated midfield from the start to the end.
3 pens at OT, and we could have had 5 Crazy times.
It was made all the sweeter by having a whinging Manc (is there any other kind?) sat behind me from half time, bemoaning the readiness of the ref to give a pen. Moaning that we were getting all the decisions, only to just finally give up and admit they were ****.
