Disagree. Hingsight has shown that neither of them were ever good enough to grace the red shirt

Of course it matters. There wasn't a secondary action after the ball was played and there wasn't excessive force so I don't think there is any basis for arguing it was a pen.

Nige, the keeper clearly did get the ball.

Yes, Flanno poked the ball, then the keeper got his arm to it, then his follow through caught Flanagan. Personally, I don't think the keeper then committed a foul so I don't think it was a pen. But whatever really.

The ref's decisiveness on that one was a result of the fact that he got the first one wrong. Doesn't matter now really.

Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

That's true. He was relieved he had a chance to atone for the cluster**** at the end of the first half.

I was surprised to see that there were a few sensible ones in there really. I have it in my mind that they're all idiots.

West Ham are a great club I think. Might be down to Allardyce we don't know, but that's par for the course. We've got to overcome that kind of thing.

Yeah me too. They were doing it in self preservation though cos they always gave us abuse for moaning about them getting penalties.

I have to admit to having been at the pub to watch the game, so not at my sharpest. Isn't the cheating leg grab in Shaggy s pic a 'secondary action?

I dunno, seemed more like a stroke to me . I'm not really arsed tbh, we've had softer this season and been denied clearer ones.

I reckon the WH fans will be relieved and ecstatic when he finally leaves.
