See no reason to abandon the diamond, whether Sturridge is fit or not. Allen stays in, Lucas back to the bench if Sturridge is fit, otherwise the same again.

Ideal game for us at this stage of a season. No chance of the players having anything other than 100% focus and desire to win the game.Sometimes even if you try not to,complacency may slip in against the lower teams. We'll be totally fired up for this one.

He may look ungainly at times, but would imagine that he would be the most accurate passer of the ball that we have amongst our defenders.

His pass completion % is usually amongst the best in the league let alone the best in our back line.

Definitely need Sturridge for this one. Hazard looks like he's out for the Atletico game so hard to see him starting in our game so should make our job much easier in keeping them out. Playing the Diamond makes most sense to try and help snuff out Willian/Salah etc or whoever plays the 4-3-3 for them with Allen/Coutinho helping the full backs.

CANNOT wait for the game though already.
