Rubbish, they scored a complete and utter fluke, hardly a tactical outclassing.

Although they wont win the CL

They were better than us. It was horrible to watch, but they did what they needed to
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"

Parked the bus, did us on the counter and took advantage of our mistakes; which were plentiful.

Lucas was again shown up for his lack of pace, Johnson was poor as was Suarez and Gerrard. One of Countinho's worst performances.

Totally run out of ideas in the final third, didn't really have anything worth talking about.

All in all a bad day.

                Gerrard let it slip, literally.

You just couldn't make it up.

Just got to win both of our remaining games now. Disappointing.

We had no answer. Credit to them, they got exactly what they played for.

                    We looked tired.

At least City have two tricky games against Palace and Everton.

We have to pick ourselves up and show that we can win our last two games. 6 Points on the table is better than superior goal difference.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

Gerrard's defining legacy will be that **** up in the first half. Wouldn't surprise me if we go on to draw at Palace.

EVERYONE know what Jose and his team were coming here to do and we let them. Rodgers seriously over matched out there today.

                        Feel ****ing sick.

Pretty much every other team in our win streak at least took the game to us. It is so depressing to lose to a team with those tactics.

They are the rich mans equivalent to Stoke City.
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

We have qualified for the champions league outright which we all thought was a real longshot this season. I'm hurting but we cant let today negate what we have achieved this season.

We have been fantastic but the summer transfer window will be absolutely crucial.

                              Rubbish my hoop.

Rodgers knew the Chelsea game plan a week ago and couldn't come up with anything to break them down.

All we can do is win the next two games and hope that City drop points somewhere.
