      Wonderkid.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

A youthful Liverpool U21 beat Waterford Utd 6-0 at the RSC tonight.

Vigouroux, Paez, Hart, Brewitt, Virtue, Phillips, O'Hanlon, T. Gomes, Ejaria, Dunn, Sinclair.

Subs: Marsh, Canos, McLaughlin Brannagan, Polgar, Randall, Whelan, Yesil x2

Waterford FC (now Utd) were once giants of the Irish game and a European side who played the likes of Man Utd and Celtic in the late 60s who have not tasted any success since the League Cup in 1985. Bobby Charlton was briefly in the side in 1976! They now languish at the foot of the 2nd tier a sad sack of a side.

Yesil on the scoresheet sounds good. He might overcome his injuries despite his **** hair. Good luck to him.

Ones to watch for in the U18: Herbie Kane and specially Arnold (or Alexander-Arnold I think).

Also got a player called Naeem, hope he's an English based Asian whizz kid. And of course someone called Dhanda giving rebirth to the question: How big is our Dhanda?
                  One tit for another.

I was at the game, very impressed by the right back Kane Lewis? Also no. 6 I think his name was Woodburn in the middle of the park - he was excellent.

I used to be a season ticket holder. Not a bad team in the mid/late 80s. Sad to see how far we've fallen
