In fact most of the saves De Gea made were pretty easy in reality.
I'm not tall (sub 5'10") and I goalkeep like that in 5 aside when its my turn to go in. I know most of the players are sh*t and if I cover enough of the angle with my cricket fielding pose they'll miss the target or hit my legs/hand.
If De Gea was 'outstanding' on Sunday then I'm an undiscovered gem.One tit for another.

A quality keeper, more often than not, finds himself in the right place at the right time............its not always luck and bad finishing. Even his angles for Sterling's horror miss as absolutely spot on. Plus his positioning for both of Sterling's near post efforts was excellent, even with the piss-poor shot just before they scored.Originally posted by Pablo View PostYeah, he should have lifted it into the corner really. Go back to Buffon, and even Reina of a few years ago, and you could see how often they positioned themselves well with a diving save a last resort.
That's not to say a quality forward wouldn't have punished ManU with some of the chances we had, but DeGea was rightfully man of the match."I will make the boys feel your support"

When he gets in his stride he seems to glide across the pitch. That's the best compliment I can pay him
Not many players can do that and he makes it look easy sometimes. His first touch is very good and that through ball to Balotelli was out of this world. He clearly wasn't ready physically at the start of the season, but he's looking more ready now. Definitely excited about this guy.

Got loads of talent, it just needs harnessing along with time for him to develop. He sometimes loses soft possession, meekly running straight into people, but I think that's just his style, and when it comes off it looks great, like a free spirit ghosting past lads at will
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I like him.
Looked ****e at first and too scared, bit of a headless chicken but the last few games he's shown more confidence. His first touch has improved massively and his passing looks low and crisp, always to feet.
He's quick too and once he gets more aggressive on the ball which he's starting to now he's going to ****ing kill defenders.
Still needs to do more though, needs to go off his ****ing head when he scores, and his hair is ****.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
