Thats a possibility, it'd be interesting to see how he performs under a different manager.

I've posted this before - by his own admission his best position is behind the forward - he's never going to play there because we have both Coutinho and Lallana (and we still at this point have Sterling) all of these are ahead of him in the pecking order.

I think he needs to improve his attitude - Ibe has come and played wherever he's got a spot and on the whole has been solid even though he's also is a forward.

Starred in the Spurs game at Home. Him & Ibe were deadly. Next game, Markovic is dropped. Story of his season that for me. I wouldn't normally argue with the manager - he sees him in training. But when he impresses in games and still gets dropped, bit ridiculous for me that.

I thought he had a really good game.

Tbh, I'd be more inclined to listen to arguments had the ones played instead of him been producing the goods. Our best front five was Moreno, Coutinho, Lallana, Ibe & Sterling. I'd argue that when we were playing that system and one of them wasn't available, he should have been the go to man as he fit that formation very well.

Too easily Rodgers messed that system about when he had a player like Lazar that would've slotted in quite well.

I expected more, he'd achieved more than many already here tbf, but he's simply not played enough, i don't know the reason for that, as lots of our players have been dire and been given more of a chance than him.
