£15m is the bid from Swansea....apparently

      If so -

In reality it will be a loan and we will still pay his wages

He actually looked like a good player albeit against Blackburn. Very good run and finish too!

That said, Blackburn kick off in two weeks and they just got promoted so not entirely ****.

After bumping the thread it got me thinking a little to the point of wanting to ramble......

If ever a talented player lost his way. Why, homesick, not feeling the love, played out of position, attitude, etc....The first season with us he was 20 and predictably a little hit and miss with form due to age, plus he got hammered by UEFA with a 4 match band for a trailing hand hitting an opposing player in the face. Loaned out for 3 of the 4 seasons with us.

                  2015–16: Loan to Fenerbahçe

2016–17: Loans to Sporting and Hull

                  2017–18: Loan to Anderlecht

Forgotten man, outcast. Then out of the blue, he plays at Blackburn and looks a decent player again. For me he has everything to thrive under Klopp, he is skilful, quick thinker, creative, he has a good motor, he can steal the ball, etc.... Now he has made the 29 man squad for the states. Klopp and his team of assistants must have seen something in him to include him, he´s not going to make up the seat numbers

At 24 he is facing the footballing scrapheap or a the mother of all turnarounds

Have a look at the highlights of him playing for Hull against the arse. On this type of form he is clearly Klopp player material

                  Ramble over

Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

I watched the game vs Blackburn and yes he too k his goal well but he was so passive. It’s like he’s afraid of his shadow - lost the ball cheaply a few times. I think he is missing that killer instinct for a Klopp side!

He's right though. He's unbelievably weak.

Ill suited to the premiership and certainly a Klopp team. Maybe even football itself. We'll do well to get a few Loan fees for him.
