Agreed, Matip has already played alongside Lovren, Lucas and Klavan I doubt with any of them for two successive games, and in front of both Mignolette and Loris in his 6 game old Liverpool career. He needs to settle into a partnership. The fact that he looks awesome despite this is massively encouraging.

I think its a reverse confidence thing with Dejan. He starts trying to play too much when he's confident and ****s things up. He shouldn't EVER over-complicate things, shows him up.

He's an excellent defender. Struggled at times when he has to make a decision, for example he couldn't give us the impetus required when he had a lot of the ball in the first 20 mins. But as an out and out defender, he's very good.
