Believe what you like Sean, just don't believe it too strongly. Take a punt on a theory with purely circumstantial evidence, by all means, as long as you accept that it is a punt. That I have no issue with. Just don't convince yourself that it's truth, that's where delusional mental illness can come into play.

I think freedom of speech should meam just that, with the limit being inciting people to break the law. I think our laws are about right, although I think we do seem to be slipping to a point where being offensive is becoming a crime. That is dangerous as it is a purely subjective thing, and context matters.
I also dont like the fact that we know who the arseholes are, and can challenge them. If we cant debate or learn how people got to where they are, we cant make the world a better place. People seem to be becoming more tribalistic, and closing them down is not going to help them.In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

It's Tell-Lie-Vision..Originally posted by sean_lfc View PostAh yes, snopes and fullfact, the treasure troves of truth. Good on ya. Glad we've cleared that up,nothing to see here people, just Gates simulating the Corona virus outbreak a few months before the outbreak. Good luck with the microchip "vaccines". Back to the TELL-A-VISION everyone. Let the experts handle it!
The problem is why is one particular source believable yet others not? Largely it comes down to which source confirms what you believe (either consciously or unconsciously).

Why is one source believable and one not? Hmm, if only there was a framework we could employ to help determine what is more likely to be true. Ah well, guess we'll have to assume all opinions are equally valid and beyond critical assessment.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Perhaps my sarcasm didn't come across as intended.

For cunting hells sake. Evidence that steps were taken to prepare for a pandemic is not good evidence that a future pandemic was a ****ing deliberate act unless you want to argue that the presence of hospitals means every ****ing illness on the planet is deliberately introduced to kills us all.Football without Origi is nothing

Jaysis. Some crack in this thread! I assumed a "Lovren to some Croatian 2nd Division side" gossip and instead get some Sean-goes-cosmic-ninja-on-a-rich-nerd-and-calls-the-rest-of-us-blind-sheep action! Get the **** in! It's almost like the fulfillment of the Mayan prophecy in 2012 never happened!Felching ≠ Gerbilling
