We look toothless upfront.Absolute nonsense. Coutinho has worked his balls off this game and has played very well. Might have lost it the odd time when under pressure, but overall has been very good.Originally posted by danperkins View PostPity, but sure one mistake against this quality and your ****ed. Was shocking defending by moreno after a good half. Allen has been excellent. Sturridge and sterling can't seem to get into the game.
Coutinho has been awful lazy and keeps giving away possession in bad areas. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

The quality is there but really doesn't show it enough.. So frustrating. He has gave away the ball so much and is just cruising around. I think he may be the one to drop out alright. I wonder will he ever get that consistency and step up to be the player he really should be.
So frustrating.

On a wet night with his pace, sterling should be running into the area as often was possible, bound to get a pen.
Moreno has looked good but as is so often the case, left footers seem so one footed. He almost gave a pen away diving in.
Frustrating as **** as we look as good as city, we are going toe to toe. Just need a cutting edge. Countinho needs to be a bit sharper.Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde

I think Lovern should have had an eye on Silva to begin with, then even not he should have beasted him in the air not played a weak header across the goal, Moreno was at fault but Lovern was too for me.Originally posted by sambirken View PostThought Lovren did as well as he could. Was coming through the back of the opponent in the penalty area. The times they are a changin'.

Coutinho's passing was off last week as well.
Who made the crappy clearance just before the goal? It was halfway between hoofing it away and passing it, not decisive enough at all. As soon as that was hit you could see it was trouble.
I blame that as much as Moreno who's otherwise had a very good game.

I thought Coutinho has started the season brightly but he's sluggish today, no question - under and overhitting passes and making the wrong decisions. Not like him but everyone has an off day.Experimental music, Metropolitan foodstuffs, Mexican wrestler art, London suburbia, wry whimsy, fansy pants flim flam lad
