We deserved better from that match, but wastefullness and one lucky punch by Jagielka...

Encouraging performance. The attack found eachother much better than in previous matches, and defence looked slightly more solid.

It's still a worry, that we are looking a bit out of tune in the build up, when Gerrard is man marked like in this and the previous 3 games...

I was thinking more towards the end. Lambert was up top and we had enough pace and skill in Lallana and Sterling as our out ball.

It's a swerving high ball. Most goalkeeping coaches would say that using the top hand is better in that situation, regardless of whether they coach its routine use for high shots or not.

I can't believe anyone wants to blame that goal on Mignolet!

For me, our main problem is the lack of Sturridge. I think if we had got Remy we would have been a lot better off. Mario is good but I think he needs a partner that will run the channels, this is what Sturridge will do for him.

I reckon when he gets back we will see our attacking game flourish, it's no coincidence that our best performance this season had both Sturridge and Mario up top.

that was an incredible strike, no keeper would have saved that!

We closed the game down and got hit with a worldie from Jagelka no other way would they have scored.

Does feel like a loss at the moment though

He didn't, it was the save of the season from Howard... It's just we weren't given the corner.

Its coming together I reckon. The end of the game was inviting that kind of hit and hope shot, its just this time it flew in. Let them have the ball, drop deep and you're asking for trouble.

Other than that aberration, they looked a lot better. Lallana was good in particular. Balo was infuriating at times, but he has that absolute craziness about him to try nuts ****, like Suarez did.

I dunno, its getting better, not too downhearted with that

Didn't do enough to win the game. Everton were pretty poor, we were slightly better.

Lallana by the way, brilliant game from him. Worked his balls off.

A wondergoal has cost us all 3 points.

I thought we played well as a team, chasing the ball down, defending and attacking. Shame we couldn't have put another away. Balotelli has missed a huge chance to put us 2-0 up.

Too many knee jerk reactions, yes its gutting that we've not won, but we weren't ****e.. Nor could Mignolet do anything about their goal.

Good performance, deserved to win by a couple. Sickening to drop points to a centre back who's been **** for 2 years scoring a 30 yard screamer in the last ****ing minute.

Shouldnt have subbed Mario. If Sturridge was fit this would have been another Spurs away, badly need him back.

We'll be alright. We've had a tough opening few games but the signs today are that we are getting there.
                              Are we winning?

Rodgers must shoulder the blame for this. If you replace Balotelli so late in the game, you throw on a defender or a midfielder. ****ing shocking decision to put Lambert on
