Jones Im happy with. Johnson as a CB scares me more than Lovren as a CB. The surprise element is a good idea as LvG would have been working all week on our system. Too late to change his philosophy now. Their only dangermen are the front two. We're blocking that with 3 CBs while flooding the midfield.

I highly doubt Jones in for Mignolet will make any sort of positive difference.

Lovren is a horrible communicator imo, doesn't listen to his team mates well enough imo.

As long as we get Henderson out of our midfield it will be an improvement. Shame about the rest of the team selection though

Also, I'll be fair. Whenever Johnson has played RCB, he's not put a foot wrong. Not very often obviously & normally we're chasing the game.

I don't mind the live-by-the-sword or die-by-the-sword attitude. Much prefer that over mediocrity.

Looks like Rodgers is trying to mirror how Manchester United set up and try and win the midfield battle. Johnson as a right sided centre back and Brad Jones in goal scares the **** out of me.

When's the last time Sakho played a full game, or any game ?

Has he figured at all since he walked out on the team, then apologised ?

Cannot remember a contribution from him at all of late, know he had an injury at some point, but with all our defensive calamaties, how the hell is he not being given a chance to try and help with whats been a shakey defence ?
