    So I didn't see the match over here but it all sounds promising going forward which is great.

    I still think it's advantage them at the Bridge unfortunately as you've got to turn dominance into goals at the end of the day. Glad for the confidence the team will get out of this though.

                  Brilliant tonight, was just like watching us last season. Coutinho has got his mojo back, Can was fantastic aside from that one rash moment, and Lazar is looking like the player we heard all about.

                  Looks like Brendan has got them going again and fair play to him, I thought he was done and dusted but looks like the players are fighting for him, for each other and for us!

                          Glad to see everyone enjoyed the game. I did too, very entertaining.

                          Shame about the result, the performance deserved better but I'm sure the squad will be buzzing from that.

                          Was listening to 5 live before the game and the usual question got rolled out about what would you choose 4th place or a cup and Lawro answered without hesitation 4th.

                          Personally I don't see why we can't do both if we keep playing like this but my answer would have been the Europa Cup because this year winning that gets you into the Champions League. Everyone seems to keep forgetting that. We need to give that competition a right good go this year.

                          By the way, does anyone know if 4th spot is lost should an English team win the Europa Cup? Imagine winning it and the Mancs scraping into 4th but missing out on Champions League lol.

                              Nope, it's an extra CL place for the winners of the Europa League so if we win, 5 teams from England would qualify.

                                Yep, only way 4th misses out is if two English teams outside top 4 qualify by winning both UEFA and European cups.
