They missed Oscar big time last week. He will replace Willian and will be the main danger man tonight in my book.

For me it is a big pity they were beaten by Bradford the other day.....i think they will be much harder to beat tonight as a result and should be very motivated.....

I would love it if Mourinho parked the bus and we got a winner late on. I would feckin love it if Gerrard scored the winner as well to settle the game...........ram that slip on his arse **** down their throats....

As it's now in the public domain, can you now post it here, so those of us at work can see it please?

You won't find a single post from me having a dig at Rodgers, FSG or indeed my life.

Gerrard however is a different issue.
If he deserves to play then pick him, but is he is our best XI?? really? on this season's form from what he has offered in open play in either the PL or CL??

I don't think so and him leaving doesn't change that, in my opinion in big games Gerrard is best used as an impact sub, either to create something in 20 minutes or to use his experience to close a game out.
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

Stop playing with two buses parked in front of goal and let Coutinho/Sterling have the space they crave. Money ---> mouth.
Exactly right, so much bollocks about systems.
Every single system has it's strengths and weaknesses.

For example if they play 4231 as usual and don't push their wide lads on then Can and Sakho will have acres to build attacks, if they do then our wing backs are free.
If their full backs sit off in a tight 4 then Markovic and Moreno can run at them, if they engage with our wing backs then that leaves loads of space either side of Terry and Cahill for Sterling to run them ragged.

It's down to individual battles, units against units.
Systems don't win or lose you games, the execution of the game plan does.

I hope we've been told to have a few more instant shots in the area. Look what Can did against them with his deflected goal. We need to ****ing pepper the **** out of the keeper.

You are entitled to your opinion

My opinion is that we have a squad of players, and if we play The Birdman's best XI in every single game we are going to have problems

But my comment about petty digs stemmed from this:

When they decided to play football for 10mins on tuesday just after sterling scored their link up play was amazing, cut through our midfield and defense with ease.it's down to his 19th century tactics that they are not as succesful as they could be.I only wonder why on earth Cuadrado wants to join them, if reports are true. He'll be nothing but a work horse there.
