Good to get the points and a decent performance, great to have Sturridge back.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

The team is starting to pretty much pick itself for the next game.

Swap Sturridge in for Lallana and the rest have earned their spots as the starters for their positions.

Very good performance, I thought this would be difficult but we were very good and West Ham were lucky to finish with 11 I thought, bloody Carroll With a proper striker like Sturridge there will always be a chance of goals.

Rodgers is making me eat my humble pie and I like it, it's been difficult for him but there he can very well grow as a manager after a season like this.

If he targets a few first team starters in the summer window rather than going for more squad filler or future potential, then he might find himself having another season as a title chasing manager.

Just wondering, would anyone have a link to the goals.
Or a few minute highlights clip even better!

Was out and missed it all, and not likely to be in for MOTD later either.

Was reading bbc texts and it's killing me I haven't seen sturridge's comeback goal, sounds like it was as if he's never been away.

So link(s) would be hugely appreciated

Such a critical win after a knackering cup tie. Doesn't matter what other teams have done around us, everyone single one of them is looking at our result and thinking, ****.

Oh and I want to add:
              One tit for another.

I was listening to Graham Poll the other day and he said Mike Riley impresses upon the referees that they need to keep 22 on the pitch if they possibly can.

Every area of our team looks good - and seems to be improving with each game. Defence (including Mig) - confident, assured, solid. Keep on saying it - but Can, Skrtel and Sakho are an excellent trio.

Wingbacks - really, really like the look of Moreno and Markovic.

                              Henderson and Lucas - awesome.

Coutinho and Sterling - look world class (one of Sterling's best games today).

Lallana looked tired - he'll be brilliant next season.

Sturride - welcome back. You've been missed.

How young is this team?? The future's bright.
