Maybe Borini starting instead of Sterling, either way we should send out a strong team.

Do you think Gerrard will start this & Everton? For me it's one or the other. I'd prefer him to play this & not the Derby personally.

i hope we have this won by the 60 minute mark so we can rest key players for the everton game.....with that in mind, i would start as strong a team as possible and get it done and dusted as early as possible - then take off Sterling, Coutinho and Sturridge (if he starts)...

the worst thing that could happen is that we start a weak team, it goes all crappy during the game with some classic Enrique, Glen Johnson and Joe Allen **** ups, and we end up bringing on our key men from the bench to save the game - only to go to extra time.....

Also, the defense is ticking along nicely lately. Give Sakho, Skrtel and Can miles on the clock playing together....they will be better for it.

I'd agree with that but I'd play Borini instead of Sterling & bring Studge on when needed.

Games like this would have been ideal for Suso, we don't have too much cover in that position after Lallana, Sterling and Coutinho and we play 2 or even 3/3 of them.

I agree, but tough ****. Lucas needs a break. I think we should ask Allen to be disciplined and hold. If he's not capable of it then give Rossiter a go. Lucas definitely needs a break.

We are so short in that area. Good job lucas came good, else our season would be a wreck. Allen and gerrard are both crap there. Id try Can, as long term he belongs in midfield

Yep I agree, Gerrard to start tonight and be sub against Everton is what I would like to see.
As I've said elsewhere, don't think it will happen though, he'll start both games.
