I wouldn't start Gerrard but he could have a massive impact from the bench. I would definitely start Sturridge. By far our best striker - and he's getting better/sharper with each game (from injury).

If Lucas had been back in full training sooner eg 10 days - I would start him. He was excellent before his injury and was our best central midfielder. However, I agree with the consensus that the Utd game has come about to early to start him.

I think 9 of the team picks itself. Decisions for BR are Sterling and/or Lallana - they are both very good in midfield/attack but I don't like either as a RWB. Would probably go with Sterling (attacking midfield) with Lallana on the bench.... and Johnson as RWB

I know what you mean, and with all our rivals squeaking wins, this game could come down to who's got the luck on the day, who gets the favorable/crucial decisions go their way.
