Equally damning. The "occasion" not my word though, Brendan's excuse.

Sherwood gets a bad press and Villa are the in-form team right now. Still no excuse to lose to them but they're playing like a team that's going to win the FA Cup.

Plus we're a bit **** but can get better with some proper buys in the summer. Or Rodgers out by xmas.

You have to have fighters to lead

Nobody in this side today will get in the trenches and fight and scrap

          They are weaker than kittens

                3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I don't want to be harsh but everytime we bring Gerrard into the side we have to mess around with our set up in midfield changing everyone's roles and the midfield becomes ineffective as we saw again today.

The other problem is that two of our most important players are quite injury prone in Sturridge and Lucas.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Wouldn't trust him getting a round in tbf. He can leave in the summer

When I think about it, it just seems like each success would feel like it wasn't real.
Correct and it doesn't guarantee anything these days.

We could be in a much worse situation.. As we (should) all realise.

Have to agree, we need some money in and lots of it as we're falling miles behind the rest.

That was a ****ing disgraceful performance from our lads and none of them bar Can can really hold their heads up and say they played well.

It was an FA cup semi-final FFS and was a really piss poor dog**** performance from all of them. Feel terribly let down as do all the travelling support I'm sure.

Villa were excellent and showed real fight. Delph has been laughed at by many on here and was brilliant today as was Grealish and the rest of that young team while we're a team of ****ing pussies.

Sick of this **** tbh. Season is a write off so on to next season now and hope that Rodgers can get the right personnel in and turn things around.

Love the romantics behind not wanting to win with a billionaire but in England we won't win without one so I'd rather that then live in the past and forget everything that LFC represents, winning.

Won't happen though. We've the 5th highest wage bill and might not even finish 5th.Thats how things will remain for us without cash or a superstar striker willing to spend a few years here.
