I think so, he has done good things but I cant see him finishing the project.

I'm not sure, last season was amazing, we played and pressed as well as I've ever seen us.

Our transfers have been a massive let down AGAIN, he's not entirely to blame but he's definitely partly responsible. I don't trust him in Europe I don't think he is savvy enough, I also think he stuck by Johnson, Lovren and Gerrard for 2 months too long early in the season.

I think FSG will likely sack him, probably deserves to be on the balance of things we've spent an awful lot and won nothing. But I'm not sure, mainly due to last year.. If Klopp came in then yeah fine no qualms.

Based on our wage bill and cash funds, 5th should be the minimum every year. He's got a good chance of finishing there, so it's hardly a disastrous season. Two cup semi finals as well. The only major spanner in the works was the CL. With that group, we should have made the knockout stages.

So if we can reach our base level without a quality striker, then it's not a bad result all round. Based on that alone, he deserves another crack, but he will start the season under pressure and that's never a good thing.

What I will say is that he needs to pick a formation and stick with it. If we are changing formations every month or so next season, I'd see a manager who doesn't have a clue what his best team is. After three years, that wouldn't be acceptable. I'm still annoyed we haven't got a decent spine to the team by now tbh. Question marks right through the middle this season.
