He doesn't get the club, he only get's himself - That's what you said, inferring he's an arrogant narcissist, I'd call that a personal insult.

Rafa for all his faults, put the club first. He just got it. He actually put himself through personal torment to further the club. Rodgers doesn't come across like that, so no I don't think he gets it and I do think his motivation is personal rather than being about what's best for the team. Its not a personal attack.
