I didn't see any of this ; would some one mind giving brief indication of what went wrong - formation? tactics ? I'm guessing we simply couldn't be arsed.

If that's the case then simply put a lot of players need a kick up theirs.

That's no way for any one to go out ; And as for Gerrard, shame those last two games. He deserves better than that.
      Really?

          Just go Stevie !

Don't look back and enjoy your semi-retirement, and I'd seriously question any temptation to come back on loan.

A truly miserable day at the office.

The last time Liverpool conceded six or more goals in a top flight game was in 1963, 7-2 against Spurs.

This was the first time Liverpool have ever conceded five first half goals in a Premier League game.
                Modifying post.

I understand, but something tells me it's going to be tough and painful going for us over the next couple of seasons Stevie is still able to run-out for a match.

As romantic as it would be to come back and help towards a title, there's no point in coming back to to help shovel the ****.

Do the players have an official end of season date after which they are on holiday?

If not (and if it's just custom and practice that they get to go after the last match) I'd make the ****ers come in all week to train and possibly the following week too.

They did have 3 wonder strikes top bins! 2 of their goals was from sloppy defending and crouch's header was a good cross from their left and a great header back across mig. But still no excuse to concede 6!!
