Can't see it myself. To be a useful first team striker he's going to have to come back and be a better player than he was pre-injury, which seems like a very tall order.

Danny Ings was a decent player pre-injury with a good brain to improve. I agree with you to an extent, but if he did get back to that level he might prove useful to have around.

When he signed he looked to be a perfect fit to a Klopp yram. A good finisher, strong on the ball, quick and intelligent. I'm hoping he gets a crack at it once he's fit because he seems an all round good bloke with it
