We do lack a commanding presence in goal and have done for a while. Must be a massive relief for any CB's to play in front of likes of Peter Schmeichel, Kahn, Nuer, Buffon, Andy Dibble etc

I can only assume that we got he because he was on a free and he had a good game against us last year. Aside from saving the pens in the league cup tie earlier in the season he hasn't even looked average, based on these performances we'd have been better keeping Brad Jones

You need your keeper to be commanding and that generally goes with someone who isn't afraid to be heard and have a go at people, stand up for themselves (and team mates). Looking at alot of the keepers we haave signed they mostly seem rather quiet or timid which isn't what you want. Good keepers tend to be mad *******s. The keepers we have been signing look seem to be the professional equivalent of the kid at school who wants to play football, but barely knows how to so gets stuck in goal to keep him out of the way.

Rude awakening for Klopp imo regarding the fixtures and the quality or lack of re players/Squad at LFC.

Bogdan lived in the north west and was dirty cheap. Free transfer and low wages. Our strategy must have been to go down the cheap route when it comes to reserve keeper.
