As professional footballer, that get paid a wadload, how come no one can fookin cross the ball into the middle from a corner, they either over hit it, hit it to short, aim correctly but curl it away, or do those piss poor short ones where we muck about for five minutes in the corner.

Woeful, atrocious, criminal, they should be fined by the club for every wasteful dead ball, including corners & free kicks etc, they would soon wise up then.

Pennant actually put a good few right in the box, and no one attacked them.

I recall one were 3!! boro players attacked the cross, right in the middle of the box, and there wasn't one of ours in sight. How the **** does that happen?

Compare the Chavs' corner-taking to ours. It's not even funny.


They put the ball into the danger zone and one of their inbred-looking goons attacks it. If they don't score direct from the header, it still causes enough chaos for another halfwit to hammer home a deflected shot.

We on the other hand seem to think that knocking it short and pissing around till we lose it is the best thing to do.

What are we doing in training? Yes the players should be good enough to do it on a whim but that isn't the point. They should be drilled like ****ing robots every training session to put the ball where it counts.

I counted 4 consecutive sh1te corners by the REDS where the ball did not clear the first defender.

Why can't they just do what Joey Barton does, flat, with pace right between the penalty spot and the 6 yard box, keeper can't get those.

Spot on post. You see park players accomplish it very easily, yet the experts don't seem to manage it. At least our experts don't.
