Really? Ok TAA have shown his level over a few games, but I still think we need to be carefull not putting to much pressure and game time on youngsters.

Personally I rate Clyne quite highly, I think he's a very good right back but he defo have to get back to his best to get in to the team.

      There's no show like a Joe-show.

He was ****in brilliant v arsenal. Sanchez didn't get any change from him.......class act.

I still think Moreno is a clown that will cost us but all of a sudden we are very well placed for full backs on both sides. I think Gomez and Clyne could both be options for left back as well as Moreno, Robertson and Milner.

Gomez played the left back before his injury so he certainly can. And Robertson will hopefully be back in contention again soon.

Moreno have been better lately, but would still prefer any of the other options!

If anyone was at fault for allowing Wellbeck to get his shot off it was Matip (who had got totally lost as the ball was played through to Wellbeck).
went over with a handful of welbeck's shorts

He was absolutely solid after that, got forward plenty and even got an assist - he looked anything but raw!
He was very good for the second goal too. Intercepted the ball cooly in the box, turned, played it to Gini, 15 seconds later 2-0.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Apparently he played like he knew the full back role well. Could he be a better full back than centre back?

I reckon he will end up being one of our players of the season, he looks excellent and so composed.

All Joe Gomez needs for this season, is to play a decent amount of games, perform reasonably well, and remain fit.

Yeah he had an incredible game & im more hopeful of him in the RB spot than as a CB just now.

Really? I reckon he'll be somewhere in the bottom half of the POTS standings.
