Funny. At the start of the season he was seen as a rather limited fullback, and now he has been peerless alongside Virg in the middle, winning England caps along the way. He has been fantastic so far this season.

Deserves every penny. Cant remember being this excited by a back five.

Gomez’s position is CB, I don’t think there’s any doubt about that now.
It’s not ideal that half of our 1st choice CB pairing is also having to fill in at RB.

The guy hasn’t been an option since the season before last. He’s not officially injured, yet he’s still not being included in match day squads. Something is up there and he clearly isn’t currently being considered as an option by Klopp.
