Why would anyone take you seriously though, all you do is hammer the manager. The other day you were saying Lambert is boss and Brendan ruined him but when Lambert was here you were saying how **** he was and Brendan is a clown for signing him, you will twist anything so you can criticise. Blert.

I'd give Ibe another start to see how he fares with better support from midfield before he makes way for Firmino later in the match. But yeah, starting Can is crucial.

Scrappy game, we just had that bit of extra quality. I don't remember us bullying Stoke before, but we look like we can mix it more now with Benteke, Gomes and Millner. Great strike from Coutinho. I hope we play that long ball up to Benteke less, don't want that to become a regular feature of our game. Can and the change in formation made a huge difference. Lucky Charlie Adam can't play 90 minutes. Coutinho is a genius. Three points.

It's a hard one now, we're going to have to fit Firmino in, probably at the expense of Ibe, and also Can for Lallana.

I'm wondering if we go 3 in the middle and 3 up top with Phil and Firmino out wide, or maybe a move back to the diamond with Firmino going right up top.

You take things to the extreme. Rodgers could of done more with Lambert but did zero with him. If you buy a player you use him. I didn't want him, yes. But could and should of gotten more out of him.

End of the day Rodgers was about to take Coutinho off. The goal wouldnt of happened. You'd have been happy with that outcome I'm sure.
