Very good manager though. Very good. But klopp outstanding candidate on that list or any. Were talking about one of the worlds elite coaches - top 10, top 5 so we should be doing everything we can to get this guy.
Yep Tuchel is a class coach I expect him to do very well at Dortmund

That fourfourtwo article makes it seem Klopp is not too dissimilar from Rodgers in some respects.

With Klopp, people will need to understand that he prefers counter-attacking football, so we may not always be on the front foot in terms of possession, but the pressing will be much more organised and relentless than what we've had for the past year. I'd probably describe it as Benitez with a much higher tempo.

Whoever comes in could have an awful start. Brendan just blew our 'easy' run.

I think counter attacking football is exciting compared to a back 5 knocking the ball around & inviting the opposition to press & harass us. We need a midfield who can make something happen when they receive the ball instead of passing to defenders & putting them under pressure.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

2013/14 we could have been considered a counter attacking team, Madrid have been recently and United under Fergie were for years. Its an exciting brand of football if done correctly. Problem is we lack pace out wide, Moreno will probably be key and Clyne would need to step up big time.

BBC is also running with the Klopp first choice story. So likely to happen.

Thinking about it now, makes sense what the club said about Markovic, insisting that he'd be back and not sold. Cos they knew Brendan was unlikely to be around!

We have had Stoke, United. Arsenal and Everton away from home in the first 9 games that was never an easy run.

I really, really like the fact that the posters on redcafe are almost hoping for LVG to be sacked so they get Klopp in. They really rate him and like him. I sooo hope we get him. I'm already looking forward to the first games under him Haven't watched a full game for weeks.

Gary Mac and Sean O'Driscoll have been removed (Ljinders stays) so you'd have to believe the new manager is already a done deal and the new team will be installed very soon.
