    Player turnaround (under Klopp) predictions

So state one player you think will turn it around and become a valuable asset (can be first XI or squad) under Klopp's management and why.

For me I think it will be Markovic.

With his stint at wingback and his attacking instincts, plus a season in a counter attacking team, I think Markovic can be brought back in and make an immediate impact.

I agree with your suggestion. Markovic could become a decent player. I haven't seen anything from Firmino to impress me yet, but I'm sure that Klopp will know what he can bring to the team and hopefully he can get the best out of him. So that's two. Seeing as you said Markovic I'll say Firmino.

Thanks for the insight. I don't think there's much to turn around with Firmino, he's too new.

He hasn't been given much of a chance, but when he has he's looked very ordinary. No no look goals yet. I'm not sure what he is, but I think he must have something.

Id like to think Markovic but there's no guarantee Klopp would be able to give him another chance if he has a buy at end of loan price clause.

Firmino is best as a No.10 imo. i'd also say Klopp will have a good idea of Firminos game and capabilities seeing as he really was Hoffenheims main threat for the last 2-3 years.

So hopefully he would know how to use him more effectively.

I think Emre Can will prove to be a better player under Klopp if he signs. He needs a bit of continuity in a position and I think Klopp will use him as the deep lying midfielder, who splits the CBs and builds from the back.

No loan to buy option for Markovic. There is however one for Illori, who I reckon would have done very well under Klopp.

Tbh other than Markovic I'm not sure. Hard to say whose been a success and who has been a failure. Firmino will do well but I think he would've under Rodgers eventually as class always shines through.

Possibly Milner if he plays him out wide or in the more advanced role he played in pre season. He seems to be getting forward for parts of games the last few weeks so let's see.

Also we had so much hope for Ibe last season & many tipped him to become a better player than Sterling. Will be interested to see how Klopp can improve him.

Yeah, ibes a good shout. I've been pretty happy with Milner so far considering what's been happening around him.

Milner came with a big reputation & we need goals from him so I'm not a fan of playing him in the deep role that he started in. He's a real goal threat around the 18 yd box so needs to be there more often.
