There were good signs but I think we should wait for more evidence before stating that something systematic has been improved. The difference seen against Spurs - more running, more risks taken, players closer together - could to a large degree be equated with the standard new manager bounce. In order for Klopp's methods to be really successful players will have to be able to do more on the ball when they have the chance. Against Spurs you could argue that we swapped one cause of lack of creativity/cutting edge (disjointed play and lack of confidence) for another (knackeredness, doing things too quickly).

Today will hopefully be another step for us but people shouldn't expect miracles.

Should be more than good enough with most of the possession, although we will have to find the net, so hopefully Origi will have more space than last week and improve our final ball.
