BTW why can't anyone take a corner, bloody hell - how hard can it be?
    There are two variances:

    1. Fail to beat the first man
    2. Stood up for catching practice for the opposing GK / heading practice for the opposition defence
He’s here! I *know* he’s here! That’s him, I’m telling you that’s him! You hear me? I’m telling you it’s *Keyser Soze*!

Not defensively. We have been quite solid for some time, with the odd mistake per game. We will get better as soon as we have a settled forward line. Players are clearly trying to impress Klopp and based on his past he will get there eventually. People doubted Rodgers all the way through.

Anyway, we will get there and signs are promising.
      Are we winning?

We should have scored 4 but only poor finishing stopped us doing so. But as the other guys say, our shape was good, apart from their goal we weren't really threatened.

From what I saw everything was better and that's after 1 weeks coaching. Were doing some things that Rodgers couldn't get us to do in 3 years. Anfield was rocking at times (albeit not that many).

We need to get our players back fit and have a fully fit squad to pick from.

Some of the rushing to judgement is concerning imo

I am not unhappy with that, theres things I saw today that as you rightly say have been missing for a number of years during Brendans reign

          Disagree emphatically with this

For far too long you have been able to drive a bus through our central midfield

We look way tighter now and more compact between the midfield & defence

Plus points sakho was immense again, lallana was busy all night, Can too. Lucas when he came on improved our passing penetration to no end. Clyne and Moreno too always looked to offer width to the team.

Origi is taking a lot of stick but he's a 19/20 year old 4th choice centre forward. Why are we putting so much on his shoulders. Coutinho wasn't great today but he didn't look fit to me.

I came away happy from Anfield happy and content in the knowledge that were moving in a new direction and were not doing it slowly either. Jürgen klopp is putting his stamp on the team and quickly.

I kind of agree with you although I've heard part of that a few too many times in the last 18 months for comfort!

The signs are there but it's going to take time and we all know that.

We just have a few too many safe players in the team at the moment, the likes of Allen, Lucas, Milner etc. By that I don't mean they're not good players, just when they play together they have a tendency to pass the ball sideways and not take many risks. All well and good for killing a game, but when you're trying to win a game the build up is too slow and you end up relying on one or two players to create something (Coutinho, Lallana). Even down to Origi, I'd love to see him turn his man and run into the space. He definitely has that in his locker, but it seems he's too afraid to lose the ball.

Just as a side note, what I like about Klopp is that he delivers instructions from the sideline unlike Brendan who used to take notes and obviously deliver his instructions in the dressing room. IMO bollocking a player on the sideline should help to keep others switched on during the game.

Ok but square pegs in round holes usually means we're playing layers out of position doesn't it. And that's not the case so Fay with the Kloppster. It's not his team yet I agree & everyone has to take the opportunity when it's presented. I think Allen's name is now on an envelope. Had a chance & bottled it.
