He might well have had only 1 serious injury but hes had plenty of niggling injuries during his time at Villa even before the Achilles rupture

I think players like Henderson, Lucas, Coutinho have missed more games than Benteke in the same period of time and I don't see people calling them an injury disaster...

Except that he missed 8 games already for Villa BEFORE getting the Achilles injury in that season

He also missed a number of games last season when he came back from the achilles rupture with a hip injury

Hes also missed 8 games so far this season for us already

This isnt bad luck, this is exactly what you get when you buy somebody like him

I bet on average he misses at least 10-15 games per season through various injuries

To me Benteke is injury prone and it was a big concern of mine in the summer

Already hes proving my concerns were valid

I think your point about 3-5 games is probably correct but I dont think Benteke fits in that range. If anything hes absent at least twice that amount

you do realise that all them injuries where in one calander year and basically 1 season? they weren't just 3 games one season and 5 the next
