Not a great choice by Mig to pass to Clyne, but both he and Clyne could have got rid of it. Not a great postion to find himself. Pressure ball by Skrtel but to be fair to City they pressed onto the ball well.

You feel Lucas would have fouled him if he hadn't been booked there, we still need better game management though completely unnecessary, I'm not even sure why Can played the back pass to be honest.

the pass to clyne was ok, but clyne taking the ball then he gets pressed and everything becomes rushed and uncontrolled.
the goalie should never pass to someone when they are facing the goal cos they cant see whats coming at them.

Obviously that down feeling is there because of the Aguero goal.

But that was an absolutely brilliant half of football, amazing pressing and movement from our front three. Lallana looking like the player we all wanted. Coutinho and Firmino stunning.

Skrtel was really god minus the mistake at the end. Mignolets kicking still needs work.

One more goal though could well see us through. And we have two pretty good goalscorers on the bench who could get us them.

Especially 3 mins before half time. Make sure we get to half-time with a 3 goal lead. This will give City a big lift, unless we can add one early on.
