I'm glad we're playing away. It's nice to hear more cheering for the team.
This current generation of Liverpool Fans are a ****ing embarrassment to the club ... you can hear it in the podcasts .. the vblogs and on the stands .. a general cannot be arsed and so what vibe ..... This is the Library or where's your famous atmosphere is the coming through the box clear as day week in week out. People have claimed its not just Liverpool, but on average I watch about 4 to 5 games a week in the Premiership and by far the worse ground of any grounds not just the big ones seems to be Liverpool ....week in week out all you hear is gentle golf claps or ... massive groans each time a player puts a foot wrong ... then even after all the chat about supporting the team .. you see the Stadium emptying out with a minute to go and 5 minutes Extra time .. with the other team knocking on the door ... I became a fan of LFC years ago because of the Liverpool way and the reputation the fans had as been decent knowledgeable sorts .. but in 2015 that seems to be all but gone... Something is seriously wrong at Anfield and it needs to be sorted asap ... YNWA .. Well if you score more than 2 YNWA

Watched Southampton against city on the weekend, their pressing was pretty impressive in the last 20 minutes after Tadic came on. Mane too is obviously a threat with the pace/dribbling ability. If the either or both fullbacks are rested, their replacements have a tough job on their hand.

I think it will be a good game. I think if we drop / rest too many players then we will lose.

I think a lot will depend on how much respect Southampton give us as well to be honest. It could be a high scoring game. For me, if we press and press like we did at Man City, then I wouldn't be surprised if they had some joy against us on the break. However, the fact that they will attack us as well will mean that we should see some opportunities as well.

I think for us to win, we will probably need to be more clinical in front of goal than our last away game that saw us score 4 goals!!

It would be good to see Lovren play a stormer. At his old club and all - that could be a landmark game for him where he has strung a few good performances together and can finally feel that he can start to be a proper LFC player.

I'd normally fancy us to beat them, but the games are starting to pile up so its a complete guess on how fresh we will be. The next few games are going to be a complete slog but in effect they could decide our season.

Would love a great performance ala city but if it's a 1-0 we scrape then that'll do for me.
              Forwards.......

Do we know if Hendo and/or Sturridge will be starting yet?

Bogdan – Randall, Škrtel, Lovren, Moreno – Emre Can, Lucas, Allen – Origi, Lallana – Sturridge.

                  At least according to rumors.

Not sure that will be the team bearing in mind Texeira is not in it despite Coutinho/Firmino apparently sitting out.

Has he said that Texiera will be in though.

Probably thinks we need to play better players to get the result.

I always thought it was a weird one. Frankytanky did the Emre Can loads in one post. Apparently it's because it's what he has on the back of his shirt. Subliminal stuff from the young German
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.
