    Smith, Flanno, Stewart, Ojo, Teixeira, Ilori, Brannagan all acquitted themselves tonight add in Ward whowill be available from here on. Maybe its time to flavour the first team with a few of these for the rest of the season.

    Firmino, Ibe and Ojo is a more attractive idea than Firmino/Benteke to my mind anyway.

      Barely watched our kids at all for the past 12 months. What’s the story with Wilson, how come he’s dropped so far down the pecking order?
      If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

        The Crewe loan has really messed him up. Looks unfit. Will need a few hard weeks with the U21s to try to regain his form. Doesn't look like he looked after himself that well either despite the lack of opportunities at Crewe.

        Something about the Jack Dunns about him at the moment. Hopefully seeing his bunk buddies scoring goals at Anfield will re-inspire him.

          I was always a fan of Dunn too, thought he'd do well in Rodgers (early) system.

            Dunn is always in and out with niggling knocks - very frustrating. He is a very handy player esp cutting inside from the right flank to unleash a shot with is left peg.

              Watching Teixeira again shows that he really should be given more game time, his link up play with Smith and Coutinho was really good in spots creating a couple of genuine goal scoring chances.
