Yeah, unfortunately or fortunately both Sturridge and Origi will be rested. I can see Firmino and Benteke taking their places. Hope I'm wrong, Sturridge loves scoring worldies against Newcastle. That chip.
    One tit for another.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says Daniel Sturridge "felt each muscle" after the 6-1 League Cup win at Southampton - but should be available for Sunday's game at Newcastle.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has yet to decide whether playmaker Philippe Coutinho is fit enough to face Newcastle on Sunday.

The 23-year-old trained this week but Klopp is being cautious for fear of aggravating the hamstring strain.

The Brazilian was expected to play in Wednesday's game at Southampton but Klopp said the initial timescale for his return was "too optimistic".

"He trained nearly normally but he doesn't feel comfortable," Klopp said.
Coutinho was injured in the final stages of Liverpool's dazzling 4-1 victory over Manchester City on 21 November.

Klopp said the former Inter Milan player "tried everything he could" to feature in the League Cup quarter-final at Southampton, which Liverpool won 6-1.

"We have to take care of this. The muscle is a dangerous thing when you are always on your feet, and when you don't feel comfortable you have to stop," added the German.
"He is training. We will wait.
If somebody can tell me he's available for the next game, then he plays, no problem. But yesterday (Thursday) nobody gave me that sign. So we will have to wait again."

            Kolo banjaxed.

Could do without an injury to either CB on Sunday.

We need Wenger. He'd play Coutinho!

I reckon Benteke and Firmino will start with Sturridge and Lallana on the bench. Henderson for Can plus Mignolet and Clyne back. Coutinho probably on bench too.

Yup Ibe needs game time to develop & has some thing different to offer than most of our midfield.

My brother has put two £2 bets on us to win 6-1 & 7-1. £500 odd back if he wins ha ha.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

There's a decent chance our game will be called off tomorrow. Storm Desmond is causing havoc already.
                              Are we winning?

No chance as the storm will be through into the southeast. Should actually be sunny.
