I wouldn't, he has big potential and can replace Milner when he retires/goes to Leeds.

Don't care about potential, we have Gini, Hendo, Fabinho, Keita and OX for sure next season, maybe Milner too. Someone like Grujic isn't getting gametime, sell and get top quality in.

If Leeds get promoted Milner will go there, if they don't I think he'll stay here

Agree. He'll do well for someone but it just won't quite be us. Good luck to him.

I think Grujic will be an excellent player but he isn't better than what we have in his position right now. What we need now is goals from midfield and he doesn't bring them

If Atletico want him then we should keep him... excellent scouting over there

We should sell him to southampton for 20m

Then buy him back for 50m a year later

Loan would be good. One more season then back to Liverpool engine room.

Sell him while his stock is high.

You'd sell your soul if its stock were high.

IF being the key word here.

You're always suggesting selling players! It's like sales is your only option!

Am I? Can't remember last time I mentioned selling someone.

I would rather we cleared the decks with some average/fringe players to bring in quality.

My concern, minor at this early stage, is that we try and be clever and try and make do with what we have. It's always been the case you bring in at least one top player even if you're the best in the country. We can't afford to have the luxury that city enjoy by having 2 star's for each position. But their strength in depth in attacking areas is far superior to us. Best will in world you wouldn't want to be relying on Origi, Brewster or Shaq for long periods should any of the 3 spend a long time out.

Back to Grujic, in the bits I've seen he looks a lanky plodder. Can't see what he brings.

But I'm not getting upset/distraught/angry/miserable if he stays. Merely passing comment to engage.
