PS- that's kinda the problem, there is no obvious candidate so it's Hendo by default. But of Rafa's old team (putting stevie aside), I'd have had Xabi, Hyppia, Torres, Masch, Reina & Agger ahead of him.

Though not an option at the time, Lucas could be captain over Henderson for me. Still not ideal
