0-0 most of the Academy players acquitted themselves well esp Brannagan and Stewart in the middle, its clear that another game is not we needed. Klopp may as well send out the same type of side but without Beneteke who is as useful as playing a diving bell at centre forward.

Mignolet is embarrassingly ****, even in a game where he barely has anything to do he makes a complete **** of himself.

I'm not hopeful for the replay, they'll probably play their best team and we'll have to play the kids, although to be fair, the kids that played were far better than their more experienced team mates today. So play more of them and see what happens.

Sell Benteke to the glue factory immediately, might give us enough money to get someone in this window. We can't go the rest of the season with just Firmino looking capable up there.

Brannagan, Stewart and Smith did well for me. Mignolet was back to his usual tricks of flapping, terrible kicking etc. Benteke has the strength of a maggot.

Looks like we'll be playing twice a week up until and beyond the Capital One Cup Final at the very least.

I'd like to see Tex given more chances with the main team. He does look suited to our style of play but a bit lightweight if anything. I like him though.

They were raving about Smith - giving him MotM.

Basically slating Mig and Tekkers. Even on the radio you could tell Tekkers was stinking the place out.

I think the experience this run gives the young lads is great, we will benefit either in fees or in getting them in the first team. In Smiths case he can't be far away from the first team now?

Mignolet causes so much panic by being a cunt. If he's not dribbling round the attacker, he's under hitting passes to the defenders or playing to someone under pressure. He does my ****ing tits in.

Tex will never make it. Went missing in the second half. The lad has no strength. Nice ability but he needs to be influencing games.

Brannagan played well, just the final ball at times.

Big Ben is playing on zero confidence. A **** player does not score goals like the beauty at Utd. He just has no idea where to run or when.

Smith have a good account of himself.

Ibe I dislike. He just doesn't know what to do, ever.

Stewart was tidy. Shame rossiter is out.

Allen did OK, that **** shot of his sums up our team.

We must be the least clinical team of all time.
