I would say cups as under previous managers it gets silverware on the board and a winning mentality, Every season we have a realistic shot at the cups and the league is a pipe dream.

Problem with our present squad every time they have played a big game like a Semi in recent times or must win games they stink the place out as nobody steps forward and produces.

We're not getting 4th. We'll be extremely lucky to make 6th thanks to rodgers signings. Should be focusing completely on the cups. Throwing 1 or 2 trophies into the cabinet will look much better years from now than a 4th place ribbon, which we wont be getting anyway so its an empty shelf. Focus on 4th next season when Klopp signs some players that weren't snagged from a lawn bowls competition.

this notion of, lets just concentrate on the Europa cause that gets into the CL doesn't really make a difference, we haven't got the squad available/goals in the team or a good enough defence.

Arsenal were in a state of purgatory for 10 years finishing top 4 every year. **** that.

Now we are in the LC final I think we should keep on downplaying the FA cup and concentrate on the Europa and League. I think a vital part of the rest of the season is putting a platform in place for next season. We need to decide on what parts of the team/squad to keep and what additions we need. Having a settled way of playing and core squad for next season is only likely to happen with consistent selection in the league.
