I've gotta admit, I'm a little confused. If the protest was 77 why were there more than 208 fans walking out?

Weren't most of the walk outs from seats going down in price?

It's lacking pace, it's slow in and out of possession, it has no penetration. The players are physically and mentally weak

I would only keep a handful of those players going forward
Our squad is pretty much lacking everything, not one good thing to say about it. It's ****ing depressing.

which, as annoying and frustrating and gutting it is to have drawn that game, hammers home the point that the fans are the most important part of any football club. **** your millionaire owners, businessmen, corporate big wigs (that's literally the only word I could thing off ) and your multi millionaire so called stars....

Without the fans they're all nothing.

I'll add.. I do understand why people are pissed off and blaming the walkout, the ideal of support your team through thick and thin and all that but there are bigger issues at hand.

You are not the kind of person that would care about others, are you? Why protest poverty when I'm doing perfectly fine?

Not if the others are people who can afford the expensive seats in the first place no. I don't see them out protesting because people in higher tax brackets pay more tax.

I'm not having a go, honestly, just bemused by it all and fully aware that probably because I'm missing the point somewhere, so asking the question.

Well for me, why I support it, it's not just these ticket prices, it's football as a whole, it's just turning ****. Just listening to the guys on setanta now and one of them said, that with the money coming into football as a whole, the fans should be given something back but it's just take take take. I agree with that. And I'd imagine this could just be the start of things not just from us but other fans from around the country

But I totally agree with the walk out, had I not sold my ticket today I would have walked out..

And if the club, players or anyone wants to use it as an excuse for us throwing away a comfortable two nil lead to one the worst sides in the league well it just shows how weak and pathetic the team is. No one to blame but the players/management.

Statement well and truly made. And **** it, we are ****ed in the league anyway so the fact that happened after the walkout might highlight to the club how ****ing far away we are

The fans who were walking out today were not aggressive or violent. Irrespective of whether you agree with them or not, everybody has a right to a peaceful protest.
