Should Klopp split the squad in two or at least be willing to mix the presumed 18 man match squad for the league with several Academy players and keep the best mainstays fresh and hopefully injury free for the EL?

For me its the only sensible thing to do. Ward, Flanno, Ilori, Smith, Brannagan, Stewart, Teixeria, Kent and Ojo could be part of the first team squad for 2016-17 and the remaining dozen games would be an excellent testing ground for them.

Right now I feel Klopp can get fcked with squad rotation. He's not the magician I anticipated. Hopefully he's a procurer of great players so I await the summer with baited breath. But the mistakes he's made already....I'm a leeetle worried.

Edit: let me qualify that with I've put all my trust in Houllier, Rafa and even Dalglish MkII to make sound decisions. All of them have failed for whatever reasons (their's or the board's/committees'). Going in to the Klopp relationship with eyes wide open.

**** knows G, it's weird how quickly Bogdan seemed to fall out of favour, talk of us willing to let him go for free, dropped from squads etc which was fair yet this fella ****s up every week and seems untouchable!! Hoping this isn't a blind spot for Jurgie bear. We'll see in the summer I suppose. Christ knows what he's going to do v Utd, he'll be ****ting himself.

Blood some of the youngsters for the rest of the season. The seasons a right off anyway now. This squad won't win the Europa league and it's going to be dismantled in the summer anyway so we might as well see who out of the youngsters deserves a place on the squad next season.

David Copperfield can't fly without the right equipment. Nor can Dynamo walk on water without the right preparation. Nor David Blaine do whatever the **** it is he does without whatever the **** it is that he needs....

Even the best magicians need the tools to do the job. We can judge Klopp when he's had a decent pre-season, and the chance to bring in a few players of his own. As it is, it's painfully obvious that some of the players are incapable of doing what it is that he expects of them, and quite a few will not be here next season.

I don't think it's an error as such, I think it is done knowing that some of the players may not pick up on it, but it's the only way to find out which of the players at his disposal are going to be able to play the "Klopp" way. If he tinkers his formation to what the players know, it may provide a short term gain, but it does not allow Klopp to learn anything about the players and their suitability to his preferred formation.

He's playing the long-term gain here I think. Benefit being, come next season, the players that he does keep will be au fait with his methods already and will be up and running straight away.

Giving up when there is still about a third of the season to go is madness. Yes our squad is pretty average, but it's still a lot better than most of the teams in the league and we we should still aim to finish as high up the table as possible, finishing anything below 6th even with this squad should be considered a ****ing embarrassment. Play the best team possible each and every game then get the ****ing axe out in the summer. Finishing 5th/6th is the best we can expect with players like Henderson, Milner, Can, Benteke, Allen, Mig, Skrtel, Moreno, Lallana, Ibe, Lovren etc, these players have reached the pinnicle of their careers, they ain't gonna push us on and need to be ****ed off out of this club.

The use of the squad will be even more interesting now. Especially with Ings, Origi and Henderson potentially returning. How does Klopp work out when to play players who will start in the Europa final?

Realistically I can only see Origi potentially returning for the Europa final, which would be the only change we should make to the squad.

We can't rest the players we want to play in the final from now until then, they need some football to stay match sharp, whereas players returning will need to get their match fitness. If we want keep players fit for every game and give them a break between games then the way to go would probably be understrength sides against Watford/West Brom and a close to full strength side against Chelsea.

Ings won't be on the Europa squad list so he won't be involved in the final
