    Same team. Deffo.
When Utd see an unchanged side, they'll know we're going for them! Fellaini being on the pitch could be a saving grace, as I reckon he'll be wound up and could see red if he gets riled...

Hoping Utd also have one eye on the replay with West Ham as well now.

The play city and then fa cup replay within 4 days of this? I think they will have half an eye on the next two games. Considering how far they are in the FA cup, how close they are to city in 4th and that they are already 2 behind us you would think that they would be focusing on the other two more?

Basically got 120 mins to score a goal, even with that cunts superman heroics we'll surely score at some point! No way do they fluke a 3-0 v us in normal time. Be some party when everyone is locked in after the game if we go through!

I understand your sentiment but it's a bit ridiculous as it was pretty bloody blatant and caught on camera.

I hear ya Chris but I'm taking nothing for granted and am more nervous about this one than I was last week. I felt v confident we'd beat them at our place but an early **** up/red card changes the whole complexion of the game. They'll have a full house baying for Scouse blood and we need to see them off. If we get ahead again on the night then they'll fold and it will be party time.

It's amazing how he gets away with it so regularly. He doesn't even try to hide it either, 5 or 6 blatant elbows EVERY game.

All jokes aside though, as crap as he is, I'd have preferred if he wasn't playing against us. Aerial balls are still a weakness for us and he nearly scored late on at Anfield that would have completely changed the outlook for the second leg.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

With you on this but after watching them yesterday surely we will score against them - they are terrible defensively which will mean they'll need 4...

Come on!!!!! My bowels are rumbling at the thought of it!
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

I can see a similar score line to make it 4-0 on aggregate.

I'm so looking forward to this and it comes at 6am which is a perfect start to my Friday!

I was only ever confident going into a match with these manc c$^ts once. That was the 96 FA Cup final.....

Since then, i always expect the worst. If they go 1-0 up - even if it is on the 80th minute - then their crowd will get behind them in a big way and go for it.

For me, we have to score.

Having said all of that, with it being a european game, we don't have to play against the ref as well.

Stick with the same team and hope they don't get anything from a soft referee.

I'd bring Origi in for Sturridge and Milner back in for Coutinho.
We didn't have a single threat in behind Utd during the home game, that's fine at home, if Sturridge starts we'll get penned in our own half as he won't (on the evidence of last Thursday) stretch them in behind and work selflessly for the team.

I'd do the opposite to Shaggy and others, bring Sturridge on to take advantage after 60-70 mins or to use (in the unlikely event) if we need a goal.
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

It's not them I worry about it's us! A Mignolet clanger, a Moreno brainfart (pen + red card), a Lovren howler or a missing midfield. This side has shown in the past that when it is expected to produce it does not so it is time to buck the trend.

I'm hoping a full week of Klopp's psychology + tactical acumen will have the team both fired up and prepared fully for them.
