I think virtually all of us would have been happy with that beforethe match but with the chance at the end of the first half and the series of chances shortly after they scored can't help but feel we should have 2 away goals.

Still, I suppose given the last half hour the defensive performace has to be praised!

      Fantastic result.

That reminded me of a European game under Rafa.

Love Klopp, serves as an inspiration to me for being humble, decent and down to earth. If I could aspire to be like anyone it would be him or my dad, or both. He's so genuine, nothing about him it's all about everyone else. We're very lucky to have him.

Not saying I'm any of those, Klopp is before anyone says anything.

Klopp looks a we bit miffed.

Hendo has a bad one by the looks of it.

              Good result away from home.

Don't buy Dortmund are great, seen a lot of them and defensively they are poor. They smashed spurs as they rested loads of players.

Wonder what our pass stats are, gave it away a lot. Modern football is about hard work, foot in here and there and disrupting the opposition. You rarely get a flowing game. Long term unless he does an anelka I don't see enough goals in origi. He works hard, he chases yet his goal scoring threat is limited.

**** sounds like I'm moaning. Like I say good result. Happy days. Interested to see who stays in the summer.

Impressive performance, we managed to deal with pretty much everything that Dortmund could throw at us. Our defence was great, apart from a bit of Moreno daftness and one Sakho brainfart. God knows what happened for their goal, no way should Lallana have been matched against Hummels.

Shame their keeper kept them in it with a couple of worldies to stop us getting a second goal.

                Game on for next week.

Joe Allen was much better than Henderson when he came on, just having someone in there that is able to turn when receiving a pass opens up so much of the pitch!

Lovren, Sakho, Mignolet all had brilliant moment as did there keeper.

Oh and Anfield will serve up much better than we saw tonight, didn't rate the atmosphere too much. But I suppose they were missing a good 10,000 fans or so.
he did the niggly stuff better too, intercepting passes, tackling without committing himself.

The way he's been playing, no loss. Although obviously don't want him injured.

Milner into LB for the home leg? If Henderson is injured we may have to go a midfield of Allen and Can and play Lallana coutinho and firmino behind Origi.

Decent result, very Rafa'esque, not something I ever I'd say about Klopp.
