Bakambu is a good player, granted. Seen him a few weeks back for the first time and you could immediately see he had talent. He didn't get much game time at the start of the season though, and looked off the pace originally (according to Sky)

I watch a bit of Spanish football and Villarreal are no mugs, they are solid at the back and work very hard out of possession. Their best defender Musacchio is injured again after being out for a long time and I'm not sure if he'll be fit for our games.

The thing is even though they are a decent side they would have been my pick out of the remaining sides to get. Shakthar is a long trip to the Ukraine & Sevilla have won this twice in a row so they seem to know what they are at. We've got the second leg at home so as long as we are still in the tie after the first leg then anything is possible.

One other thing - Roberto Soldado is up front for them and we know how much he "fancies" a cold English night in April......

I'm sure Musacchio is out for the season again, so he can be ruled out of the matches against us. Tomas Pina is injured apparently, but not sure how long for.

We kept Aubameyang quiet (kind of) so no reason we can't do it for this lad. The big difference between the two is Aubameyang had Reus, Mkhitaryan and Castro behind feeding him, whereas Bakambu will have Castillejo, Soldado and J. Dos Santos. We should do these.

mate if I start reeling off the names of a few prospects on EST that me and any other human can watch on bet365 any day of the week, but i'll be accused on being a witch & burned at the stake. I'm used to the few WUMS on here, nothing like a football forum witch hunt

Yeah huge difference between what Dortmund have & what Villareal have attacking wise but a much better defence IMO. They an awkward side though. Gave Barca a real game last month (Bakambu scored then too )

It's the toughest draw once again of the teams left, we don't half do things the hard way. Villareal are a very good side, Bakambu will give us problems he's excellent. Was hoping we would go for him last summer. Their a very good unit, will be a tough game.. looking forward to it.

They are a very solid team and they play well as a unit, but I think we have beaten two teams better than them in our last two rounds in the Europa League, and if we can perform to a similar level of intensity as we did against Borussia Dortmund and the Mancs then we should be able to beat them

absolutely mate, the only thing I worry about is that we are a Jekyll and Hyde team. You just don't know what way we are going to play.
