Unless I have missed gossip about a specific player its an odd chant to taunt rivals from the same city with. Rivals cities is one thing but the other half of your city?

They started chanting "tell yer ma yer ma, to put the champagne on ice...we're going to Wembley..." And then half them realised they'd ****ed it whilst the other half chanted twice before realising they're not going twice

I think they were being slightly presumptuous, as the Semi is at Wembley and then the final. Not likely to get to the second one though. Ha.

Brilliant game from us! Sakho was utterly brilliant as was Moreno, Lallana, Milner and Sturridge.

Although we won comfortably, I'm pissed that Lallana didn't square the ball for our first chance, would have been 1-0 up right away. That said, going a goal up close to half time is a bigger blow to them and then to score another is a sweet uppercut

We should have gone for 8 like Barcelona. That said, I think players were conserving their energy for the Newcastle game.

It's hard to be disappointed with a 4-0 win but I kind of am if I'm honest. The superior possession & over 35 shots at goal probably should have been closer to 7 or 8 nil for us.

Milner is the assist king. Coutinho can do the unthinkable at times. Lallana links play up well & gets into good positions. Sakho is immense & I love watching this team play under Klopp. So we've only got Sturridge & Firmino upfront to count on.

We've scored 14 goals in 4 games (4 x Stoke, 4 x Dortmund, 2 x Bournemouth, 4 x Everton) and only conceded 5.

We're now joint 5th highest scorers in the league (with Arsenal!), we have a better goal difference than Man Utd and we have Sturridge back

Not bad!
