He can huff all he likes because he doesn't deserve a start.

He's got 3 goals in his last 4. He's far more in form than Firmino currently is thats for sure.

Agree to a point but firmino works and presses harder and that's what klopp prefers. Sturridge was terrible today. Probably more annoyed at himself.

Was he terrible? The main issue was midfield for me (and skrtel)

The youngsters will hopefully learn how much they need to develop. Some shocking passing going on today from young and experienced players alike.

I think we're all focused on Thursday, so we move on and try to create a positive atmosphere.

I guess Sturridge is frustrated because as he has said he wants to play 90mins every game, today was one of the rare occasions he has played 90mins and he's barely had a sniff of goal, obviously wanted to impress and earn a place in the side on Thursday (which currently it looks like he isn't going to have).
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Or Sturridge thinks he can thrive in a better team.
                    Are we winning?

I think he was terrible but most were and yes I do think he would be better in a better team but who wouldn't.

Sturridge wasn't that bad, had some decent shots and the lob was unlucky. Surrounded by better players, he's a better player.

Absolutely. The service to him today was poor. I still think he has ok despite this and like you said with better players around him he will perform better imo

Don't think Klopp wants Sturridge leading the line, both Origi and Firmino are starting ahead of him.
Brandt - Keita - Van Dijk - Sessegnon
