Karius has been **** and he's an easy target for Neville and Neville (they are desperate to turn the heat on Liverpool - they hate us and we're above Utd). However, Klopp is quite right to defend his players (and the players should be eager to defend Klopp by performing on the pitch).

But has Karius really been that ****? I'm not so sure. Yes he has been poor at times but we had a few clean sheets lately. Does he not get any credit for those? At least he is proactive and sets off are offensive play better than most. Look at the city keeper. Now he has been totally **** and he is experienced but he is not getting slaughtered like Karius has. I do think the media has an agenda against us and I'm disappointed Carra is doing their dirty work.

Frustration comes in different degrees, I'm not pulling my hair out.

If the media laying into Karius is a problem, perpetuating the story makes any problem worse for no good reason. And we don't need to be in the news for stuff like this, it doesn't help anything and doesn't do anything for the goodwill from neutrals and potential fans that Klopp has helped build up.

I'm not sure it's really a problem tbh, it's just people in sport having their say, two ex utd players well known for their dislike of everything Liverpool have a pop at a Liverpool player, the player and his manager have their say, the media try to make a big deal out of it.

Everyone should take their part of the blame for sure but Karius has made the glaring errors that have directly resulted in goals.

I feel bad for my own reaction to his form but it is nothing but fact that if he makes the saves a keeper should do very comfortably at this level then we are 5 points better off over the last two weeks.

Marry that to the poor form he has shown in every game beside s Sunderland at home and you can understand the reaction.

Shot stopping is the bare minimum of a keeper at Premier league level and he has been impressively poor at it.

But yes, maybe we should give him a break.

One net minder that must be chuffed that Karius is getting all the media heat is Bravo at City.

He has been WAY WAY worse then Karius, and is supposedly a far more experienced glovesman.
